So, there's this hard-working, smart, intelligent, funny, dedicated, honest, hilarious, singing, dancing, teaching, skiing, motor-biking, tractoring, loving MAN I know. His name is Brandon. And, if you're wondering where you can find him: he's married. TO ME!
And, he's got this thing coming up called the MCAT.....TOMORROW! So, as much as I wish I could post some pictures of him in front of the computer, with stacks of books and flashcards all around him....I thought I would post a funny comic about Doctors...you know, to "lighten" the mood! He has been studying 24/7 for this past week! And...he finally takes this wretched test tomorrow.
So, please pray for him! He so badly wants to do well (obviously), and I so badly want him to feel like he did well! Please include him in your prayers today and tomorrow (and, everyday if you'd like, you know...free prayers are never harmful). And, if you don't pray...start now! Not for selfish reasons like, us needing your prayers, but because with prayer in your life, you will feel 100% again. (just hopped off my soapbox, don't worry).

Tell Brandon good luck from me and all my boys and we are definitely praying for him :) We totally "get" the need for prayers when it comes to anything to do with medical school :)
Tell Brandon not to worry, this test will only determine your future. HA HA. Seriously though I hope he rocks the thing because I've taken it twice and it is no fun. My advice, if you haven't already, get those applications in fast because everyday you wait hundreds of kids are getting theirs in ahead of you.

Good luck to Brandon and taking the MCAT. We will pray for you! Do the same for Kurtis, he takes the BAR EXAM in two weeks. I totally feel like a single mom!
Erica we are at KCOM in Kirksville MO. Depending on when your sister left we may have met her and not even known it. We have been here since the middle of June. If the MD thing doesn't work out there is always DO school, think about it.

Oh, Erica! I cannot imagine the level of stress! I sure hope he did well! Of coure, I bet he did! He seems like he's got it together! I was sad we didn't get to spend more time together at girl's camp! i feel like I haven't seen you forever! By the way, Thanks for coming to my very first public performance! Hopefully next time I won't look frightened the whole time!!!!
