So, for those of you who have only known me as "Erica Wilkinson" I thought I would let you dip your toes into the life of me when I was formerly-known-as "E.Ro" (a.k.a. Erica Rowles). Yes, I had a street name, and unfortunately I would say that this picture was probably taken under the ERo identity. ERo? Yes, you're wondering what that's all about. Well, when Jennifer Lopez creatively decided to switch her name to "J.Lo" I figured I should do the same. However, since I was a Senior in high school, my friends didn't exactly know how to do the transition. It wasn't until I started my freshman year with an entirely FRESH social network that I became cleverly known as "ERo". And, then my high school friends finally caught on that it was ridiculously awesome for me to have a street name, so they followed suit.
Well, all tangents aside: for those of you who know me as "EWilk", I submit to you the pictures of ERo. Slightly darker hair, definitely chubbier cheeks, uncomfortably 10 lbs. heavier, and well....single. Hence why all of these pictures are all adorned with my beautiful roommates from my Senior year of college. Some of you have said you don't believe that I ever had dark hair. And, I had no idea how to actually prove it to you unless I put it on the blog.
Now, I WOULD put pictures up of my purple hair, or my red hair, or even my white hair...but I don't want to confuse you. Rather, I think I was confused...portrayed by the many different "looks" I was trying to pull.
I can now say that I am happily comfortable with my blonde hair and Shade t-shirts.

Wow, you almost look like a whole different person! That is crazy to know you as so blonde and see pictures of when you had such DARK hair. I love it either way and one day I would love to see the purple red and white. I look forward to it.
E-Ro-son (also known as nerdy)- you are beautiful no matter what your hair color is because you shine from the inside. You have always had the radiant personality that makes people want to befriend you! (spoken like a true big sister).
The hair color change did throw off Denise. As you know, upon receiving your wedding invite she commented on "how she loves living in Utah because you get invited to so many random peoples weddings!" It was her attention-to-detail husband who said her last name is Rowles!

Well, I do love your blonde hair, but dark hair on you made me feel more like REAL sisters! Ha ha, and I'd like to think I played a role in converting you to shade shirts:)
That's the Erica I know and love! Are you telling me you only gained 10 lbs your freshman year? GIRL I was up almost 20! Looking back, I guess we did a lot of eating...somehow everything involved BBQ chicken pizza. :)
Isn't it fun to look back and see how much we have grown up and changed over the years.
This is the Ero know and love! I still want to call you Ero... It is hard to make the switch to EWilk or my personal favorite... EWi (you could maybe market yourself as part of the Nintendo Wii craze!)
I guess I never realized you had a nickname Erow. I just thought that was your e-mail account name?? I thought your only nickname was Nerdy??? And I've never been thrown off by all of your hair colors, cuz I just see my sweet younger sister who is so much fun to listen to and now read about :) I sure love you!!!
Wow, time flies. The pictures you're posting to show how you used to look are from the times I remember you best. I guess we're growing up! You look fab by the way!
You do look different in those pictures because we've only seen you with blonde hair, but dark looks cute on you too!
Looks like you had a blast that is all I gotta say! That is awesome you had colored hair! I used to put pink streeks in my hair! I still wish I could have baby pink streeks in my hair but it just doesn't work with the whole mom thing!
oh by the way sorry I didn't call you back the other night! I just figured I would see you at mutual! Maybe you could hang out with the beehives one time! I mean Michelle is a pretty cool lady but we are pretty fun too!

Erica - you have always been beautiful - I liked the dark hair and I like the blond hair. You have always been able to pull anything off! I remember when you came up to visit Chels and Shawntae in the dorms for the first time - good times. And when you got everyone to get up super early to do baptisms at the temple before school for the rest of the school year - you always got everyone to try and be better. OK, kinda of sappy, but really you have always been a blast - a GREAT person to hang around and it makes me so happy to see your beautiful self married to such a great guy, healthy, and getting everything you deserve.
